This Lion print is 11x14” and is in a 16x20” white mat ready to frame.

The original of this painting was donated to the K Club Foundation which raises money for acts of kindness for families battling childhood cancer. The founder of the K Club is Keaton Barron. I met him as a young patient at the OU Children’s hospital in OKC. We painted a lion together to raise money for the patients there. A few years later, I attended Keaton’s funeral. His family has kept his vision of the K Club alive and has served many families in our community. This vision is of God as a lion with children riding on his back as well as children at his feet celebrating their healing by ringing the bell. The title is inspired by the song Time” by John Lucas whose lyrics are based on Ecclesiastes 3.

Keaton lived his life with courage, kindness and compassion and his life and legacy have brought beauty to all who know him and his family.
